The John Locke Foundation, the Conservative Think Tank out of Raleigh, North Carolina, has this interesting study done by a Professor from our own University of North Carolina at Charlotte. You will want to go page 26 and see just how much a poor deal light rail is for all of us here in Charlotte, Mecklenburg.
