The Street Car is BAAAAAAAAAK and even more scary than ever before.

With an infusion of a mere 4.5 million the City Council is moving ahead so they can keep the promise they made to the Black Political Caucus so they would help keep the Transit Tax.  They voted for the mere 4.5 to help design the streetcars.  Why not just buy a design that is already being made and save some money.  When I go to buy a car I do not want to have a new one designed for me.  I know that just adds to the cost.

So when they tear up the streets and keep traffic snarled for a couple of years and then wonder why businesses have closed and people are angry then they might wonder if buses could have been better and less intrusive of course a LOOOOOOOT cheaper.
